FES Swiss Ryugaku Center Co., Ltd. • Should a new purpose of use arise, the Company will obtain consent from the individual concerned before using their personal information for that new purpose.

2. Compliance with Laws, Guidelines, and Other Standards ("Laws, etc.")

• The Company continuously monitors all Laws, etc. related to the handling of personal information in its business activities, ensures that these requirements are communicated to its employees (including officers, full-time staff, part-time staff, and temporary staff), and strictly complies with them.

3. Safety Management of Personal Information

• To prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, the Company establishes and maintains a system to promptly take corrective action as needed.
• Periodic inspections are conducted, and if any violations or incidents are detected, immediate corrective measures are taken. Preventive measures against identified vulnerabilities are also implemented.
• The Company thoroughly educates and trains its employees on information security and safety management.

4. Complaints and Inquiries

• The Company has established a dedicated contact point for complaints, inquiries, and other concerns regarding the handling of personal information, ensuring a system for swift and sincere responses.

5. Continuous Improvement

• For the protection of personal information, the Company monitors and audits compliance with internal regulations, endeavors to identify violations, incidents, or weaknesses, and conducts management reviews by top management. The findings are reflected in our control measures and internal regulations, and we continuously improve our Personal Information Protection Management System.
• In making improvements, the Company complies with Laws, etc. and JIS Q 15001.

6. Other

• This website uses SSL/TLS(Secure Sockets Layer/Transport Layer Security) encryption to securely transmit personal information and any other sensitive data.
• Communications between our web server and your browser are protected by SSL/TLS technology.
